    I am in California and willing to located any where would offer me a work in oil field. I have all endorsement and experience driving flatbed truck in 48 states from 04-10

    Is your reference 04-10 meaning that you haven't driven since 10? I don't think it will have too great an impact. The kicker is, you really need to research the industry. The people here will tell you that applying in person is critical. There are solid companies and people but jerks and cons to watch out for. Get a list of the major players, what different types of driving jobs there are, what the conditions are, and read this forum. You can learn a ton right here.
