    I am starting RDTC on Sept. 30th. After a very long time of reading and gaining so much great knowledge from this forum, I am starting my journey.

    Anyone else attending on this date?

    I am driving up to Marshfield.

    From what I've read in this forum and doing a lot of research on different companies. They are one of the best that I have seen. That's my opinion.

    They're a good starter company. I was with them for 3 1/2 years. Fairly consistent miles and always got me home on time. I just got tired of all the micro management and went LTL.

    They are a decent outfit to start with to get your first year in then seek some greener pastures money wise. I did my training at Marshfield and spent the next 14 months with them and for the most part did not have many problems. I had a good dispatcher (Brian) out of Ellenwood that kept me moving for the most part. Best of luck.
