Lol, yeah your wife had one in the oven and he took advantage of you. Then she had the baby and things went back to normal so your boss got jealous. You gave in because you feared for your job. Have your wife put a hickey on the back of your neck to strengthen your story! :biggrin_2559:

There's more here....I'm thinking the baby is involved......follow me carefully here......

The baby was just born.....driver prolly took too much time off to be with mama and inconvienced the poor motor carrier...... carrier was teaked and got even.... shame on the driver for wanting a family.

Plausable ...... the world may never know......

Good guess, but no...haha. My days off were thursday and friday, my wife went into labor late wednesday night after I had clocked out. I was back to work on saturday for my normal shift. I didnt take any time off, just my normal days off. I wanted to take time off but since I was still under my 90 day probation I figured I would be a good little boy and not take any extra time off. Alot of good that did me!!!!!

I almost forgot.....I got a call from a recruiter at Werner Friday evening, they said they might be able to bring me on after all. They emailed me some paperwork, told me to fill it out, fax it back, and they would see what they could do for me.....haha. I reluctantly said ok, I was kind of surprised they called me back after telling me I wasnt qualified. The whole situation seems a little "shady" to me. Not sure if I should go for it or keep looking. I just hate to pass it up and then find myself still unemployed in 2 months kicking myself in the ##s.
