I talked to a Interstate recruiter when I first started looking for a company to sign on with a while back, they needed at least 6 months experience, they prefer a year. I am starting orientation with System transport tomorrow morning, I chose them because I could only find a couple negative comments and after talking to a few drivers from there found way more positive then negative. They have a few different divisions depending on what you are wanting to do(TWT, Systems, JJ). So its a company maybe you would want to consider, they are based out of WA, just my .02 cents.

The Challenger, pes2 and jomar68 Thank this.

System is a very good company. Theres a member here, Rugerfan, that drives for them. He can be found on the flatbed forum of this website. Also, one thing to remember that I seemed to observe is System has APU's on their tractors along with Gordon which equips their trucks with 1500 watt inverters. Swift has an idle policy.

As a former Swiftie steer clear from them. I love working for Brown Line working half as much for 4 times the pay and they treat the drivers like human beings.
