Sirius radio going to ####

Wellllll..... after the initial purchase of CD's. They are free.

I kept a 200 disc carousel full at previous work. Even using bargain used compilation year in review type stuff @ a buck or 2 a pop and ripping copies of employees cd's it took a while to fill. Some of those discs where $20 to $30 imports because the stuff was not released on cd in the states.

Going to have a friend re-rip 2 milk crates of cds next time I am out. My old computer had a bad cd drive I guess. Way to many skips.

 

Lex and Terry is the worst show on air, just behind Howard Stern.

I've been a subscriber since the beginning... I canceled today... I may come back I don't know... Its repetitive, the morning shows are repeated 3 and 4 times a day. The only thing I do like is rolling down the road knowing I can get news if there's something major going on.

Today I was listening to a channel that's in my opinion not supposed to be left or right leaning. The content was so heavily influenced over the past 3 days I had enough. The hosts were combative with the callers not listening to their point of view very dismissive. Lets just say it was very clear to me today where the money is coming from and its not something I want to support any more. I actually had to turn it off it was soo bad I ended up turning up the mindless yammering on 19 to drown it out.

Seems lately that on the music channels they will throw in a few good tunes in a sea of crap I've never heard or want to hear again.

I initially got the service because they had both sides of all of the NFL games local broadcasts... that's long gone. anyway my rant is over.
