Lol! Rawze you made the mistake of questioning the superiority of the Cowpie Super Spec'd Glider. Don't you know that it surpasses all other trucks on the road in power, fuel economy, and comfort???

 

I look at my ecm readouts every day and it tells 6.3 for average. actual numbers for pump to pump is 6.5 for an average

I drove for a company last yr. For 10 days had medical issue had to quit

Anyway I drove one of there trucks for less then a week it had to be towed from friend,ne to Lincoln,ne

It went into reduced power mode because of tht stupid emission crap

 

thats because the moron mechanics didn't know how to keep it serviced.

 

Sure I picked tht truk up an it was in the shop before
I got it ...an guess what it was in the shop for

 

really for me I prefered to choose detroit. Unfortunatly I'm limited in use of this truck here becouse it is of pre EGR emission level with old injectors (my is Euro-II certified), but I use it to haul to Russia and this engine is one of the cheapest to fix and maintane.

N14 Celect Plus ECMs sometimes fail. They throw 111 fault code (it is bad software code, internal ECM fault) and I use to change flash memory inside and put calibration. Seems to me it is related with too cold conditions and cold starts, jump starts....

 

yes, and the newer ECM's will do it too, if that little protection diode is removed from the truck batteries by a stupid mechanic.

 

would be good idea to solder protection diode/supressor insise ECM to avoid damage againe

 

So who makes the cheapest glider kit on the market. Stripped down and all with a Detroit 13 spd with decent rears.

 

Fitzgerald or Harrison both have O/O spec Columbia gliders for about $105 ish.
