    WiseOne's Comments, and another one! WTF? I think, for one, I would move from Sumatra to be sure, LOL. I think this has been EVERY day a quake somewhere now...for about what, a month? Um, weird.

    This is one of the most geologically active regions in the world.
    What is scary is that in the northwestern part of the U.S. we have the same type of faults on the cascadia plate. It's not a matter of if, but when this fault will release it's energy. When it does the Pacific Northwest will experience a major catastrophy, along with the very likely Tsunami to follow. It's happened before and will happen again. A magnitude 9.0+ quake is very likely.
