how do you cook your meals?

 

If you want a good dependable fridge, get a Engle. These are used in harsh conditions that make trucking look like first class travel. They are not cheap but if you think spending 200 a year on replacing coolers or what ever, then it is a consideration.

 

That truck looks a lot bigger than mine.

 

I wish my company would let us use bigger than a 300w invertor.

 

I bought one of the lunchbox style heaters at Pilot. It will heat up a Dinte Moore meal in 20 minutes to piping hot. Next time I'm home, I'm going to make some stew and other things to bring with me.

when I was at Central the truck I had wasn't big enough to have a fridge or any food storage in it...but they would have probably just yelled at me for it anyway

 

I have been using a Koolatron fridge for several years now. Kind of expensive but works great. Won't kill the battery if left on overnight and just about right for being out two or three weeks for me. I stock up at Costco and Walmart and generally eat pretty well for about $5 to $8 dollars a day.
