looking for medical cards

They sell blank med cards at some truck stops. I know cause yesterday i fueled up at little truck stop right by my house and i was inside looking for log books and what do ya know there is a packet of blank medical cards i think they were like $7.49 or something.

 

Most T/A's have them in their store. Look in the same area for office supplies and log books.

 

Perhaps you can get one from your D.O.T. physician.

 

I swear some of the posters with hilarious questions here. I dont think he knew what was coming. See the kind of intelligence the trucking industry deals with. Maybe the dudes dr was scared to grab the gonads and refused to pass his physical. lmao

 

In the old days you were able to get blank medical cards out of a Cracker Jack box, as a prize. Times, they sure are a changin'.

 

I guess that driver is going to give himself an exam?.......Turn your head an cough!....lol!

 

I got my med card at the methadone clinic in atlantic city... lol

But, okay.. as a newbie.. why would I as a driver legitimately need a blank medical card? I am curious cause I like to learn to things.. so seriously, is there a legitimate reason why I would need blank med cards?

 

Also.. won't you also need the long form too..

 

Maybe his Dr ran out. lmao. No other legitamate reason to have a need for blank cards. If you lost yours, you can get a copy from the clinic where you got the physical. And dont ever get caught without a valid medical card in your possession. Dot will cite you for driving out of class.
