    None of them.

    Not being a "smart butt" here....but as a 'newbie' fresh into the industry-=-=-=-pick one and TRY to let them screw you for a year, then move onto a smaller company that's only gonna screw you once in a while.

    Or do yourself a favor, and pick a different proffesion.

    Mid sized companies are my preference. About 100 to 200 trucks.

    Yeah those usually have the small company feel with at least some of the bigger company benefits.

    I would say not in any order for newbies;

    Gordon Trucking
    Prime
    Maverick
    System
    Southeastern Freight Lines
    Abiliene Motor Express
    HO Wolding
    Conway LTL/ Truck Load

    Since you didn't put your location, its impossible to steer you in the right direction

    That will differ from driver to driver, everyone's needs are different, not one company will be the right fit for every driver, It's a trial and error kind of thing, Got one, one? not the right one, try another

    H.O. Wolding, is of big interest to me. I am curious how they are with newbies? I am down to 3 companies at this point. Wolding, Werner and US Express. Should I continue with these or keep looking?

    If H.O.W. will take students....they GOTTA be better than the other two. Be prepared to enjoy the northeast though...heard they go there a LOT.
