Advice on IXS 15 550 HP or MX 500 HP

It's a basic thing, not science. RPM depend what is connected to the driveshaft. Heck, even a little 13 horse Honda could achieve a speed of 60 MPH if it was going down a steep hill, a very steep hill.

 

Just bought a truck from camex and 3 hiboys from diamond international pb

 

Tandem or Tri ??? Who's the salesman at Camex????

 

Tandem truck, tridem trailers. Wasn't much for inventory around on the hiboys but there's more coming in November. Wally was the salesman at camex.

 

Wally is a friend of mine. Is it a winch tractor??

 

I kind of took the wind out of BWS sales for hiboys when I ordered 40 of them. They put out a trailer a day on the special orders to fit Tri Drive tractors legally.

 

Yup, he said he knew you haha. Just a regular t800 for now with a couple added features i wanted. Gets me out of the rental internationals we have so I'm happy, I hope I never set foot in a max force tractor again. So it looks like ill be back forth to Edmonton a couple more times so hopefully I can stop in sometime.

 

My question was meant as same hp/torque for both motors & obviously trans, which you have clarified being a 18 spd. Maybe I missed where you noted that other than 485 for the Cummins. I know initially the Paccars rolled out on the lower end of hp & torque vs the standard.

 

Now IHC announced this past quarter that they lost $286 MILLION and attributed the loss to the BarnYard Corvette Motor Warranty costs.
