Interview is a piece of cake just remember to put down whatever u put on your app and told your recruiter they really looking for you to be honest. -

BE PAINFULLY HONEST! Put down everything on your app, no matter how insignificant or embarrassing. Chances are they could care less about most things, but what Prime is looking for is complete honesty... as a character trait. It's better to be overly open about everything, than to assume that something is so small that it won't matter. Trying to hide something won't work either. The investigators are very good at what they do... material omissions are a source of 100% concern for them.
They assume that differences between what you put down online, and what you remember about what you put down online weeks ago when you complete the same background history in pen and ink at orientation are indications of a lie. Take whatever materials you will need to complete the app at orientation with you. If you honestly forget about something it won't be held against you... because those kind of mistakes are usually small. Big things are the kind of stuff that YOU wouldn't forget about anyway.
Now why is this so important? First, drivers with crappy driving histories, lots of tickets, accidents, etc will try to finagle their way into a carrier, hoping to hide this. By law, all motor carriers are required to do an adequate background check to weed ineligible drivers out. If someone with a history of being a bad driver gets into an accident in one of Prime's trucks, the legal consequences can be devastating if someone is injured or killed. It's called "Negligent Hiring," and is one of the easiest things in the world for a personal injury attorney to prove in a courtroom- and something that can be very expensive when it comes to victim compensation. Second, as a truck driver, YOU will be the face of the company to their clients with absolutely no one looking over your shoulder or closely supervising you once you're done with training. If they can't trust you to tell the simple truth about yourself at orientation, how are they going to be able to trust you with the lives of everyone on the road, a huge pile of very expensive equipment or hundreds of thousands of dollars of someone's freight?
That's the deal. So don't get bent out of shape over it. If they ask for some supporting documents to prove your previous employment for example... like W2's or tax records, it's just because Prime is trying it's best to protect themselves (and ultimately every one of us) in the best way they can. The folks in the recruiting department could care less about your personal details... it's just to fill in the check boxes they have to go by in order to qualify you for employment. It's the same for the investigators... they're just trying to do the job they've been asked to do... so you and I can do the job we've been asked to do as well. It's nothing to get worried about, especially if you've gone into painful detail about every little last thing. -
They take your fingerprints ???
