I start on Monday the 7th. The class size is usually limited to 6, but for some reason this class only has 3! That is great for the three of us. That's 50% more practice time in the truck.

I withdrew from this school on the 11th. The first four days was nothing but a "brain-dump" of going over Class A Permit tests, with very little instruction. The school has a lot of the actual questions from the Calif Class A Permit test. However, I don't feel that is a good way to lay a foundation to begin a career. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend.

You tested and passed your permit test within those first four days. Because of your inability to follow rules and lack of respect for California Career School staff during your four days with us you were instructed to drop the course. We pride ourselves in training professionals to send out into the work force for one of the many companies that hire our students. So when any student shows sign of disrespect that's not anything we will deal with or pass on to the companies that hire our students. We wish you the best of luck obtaining your class A license.

I was just going to let this pass and forget it, but after thinking about, I think not. First of all I was really excited and eager to start my training on a new career. I still am, but I'm not going to let someone slant the view towards me in a negative fashion. You say I broke rules as in plural? I don't think so. At 7:55am I went in a side door that I DID NOT know I was not supposed to go through. For four days, people had been going through that door and into our side of the building. At NO TIME was I instructed not to use that door. I was just trying to get to the classroom to start doing the tests again before I went to the DMV. As for showing signs of disrespect for the staff there? I hadn't talked to anyone but one instructor for the first four days. So please tell me whom I disrespected? I hadn't talked to anyone! I was always early for class and was the last to leave!
As I stated in my prior post I don't think a "brain-dump" is a good way to learn and I still stand by that. However, instead of countering that in a professional manner you try and slant the negative towards me. I'm glad you just joined the forum to respond to me. It really shows how professional you really are. lol -
Forums are what they are and I have every right to join to defend lies posted by anyone as long as I abid by the terms of the forum. So the fact that I joined to disput the your "reason" for withdrawing from our course is in no shape or form unprofessional. It goes the same with a claim with the Better Business Bureau, a claim is made and the company chooses to dispute it. In no form have I slanted you I just posted the facts that we have recorded on our surveillance cameras. It shows you excited after returning from the DMV with permit in hand. It also shows your reaction when approached about entering the our building through an ajoining establisment. So as for your first comment do as you may. There is nothing else to discuss here on this topic for me because I said my piece. Good luck

There must be more to this story. Private CDL Schools (like any other business) make money by enrolling students, not expelling then for little or no reason.
I suspect the OP hasn't shared all the facts. -
I think that both members have been given a platform to tell their side of this story. Let's end it like that without any more bickering.
