Possibly.... If not for pell grants you can absolutely go there to see what kind of state funded programs they have. I know they have a program that if you have farmed or came from landscaping, farming ect. they will pay for your school and pay you 5$ an hour to go to school, about 250 a week. But its a pretty sweet deal considering its free school and some ching on top of it all.
