Entry level driver jobs in Odessa/ Midland?

I heard select energy in big lake is hiring drivers.

 

Yup, pretty much got hired over the phone by them. Both in Big Lake and Midessa.

 

How much they starting at? Trying to get to odessa.

 

$17/hr no experience. ~70 hrs a week. Housing provided.

 

Cool will call them on Monday...what yard are you going to?

 

Haven't accepted any yet. I wanted to hold off on the trucking side and am trying to figure out how to break into cool/wireline. It's proving much harder than I expected.

It's looking more like I'm going to have to start in the trucking side to get anywhere.

Thanks...do u know if they would take someone with a permit. My friend is considering going with Nabors because they will help get his class A. Only problem is they only give u 40 hours a week while in training. Does Select do that

 

That, I wouldn't know. But have him/you call. They were far from cryptic with me, very open.

edit: funny thing about Select was I was given their business card while I was in CDL school by someone that was just visiting a student. This was in Miami, Fl. We were just randomly talking about job possibilities after getting out CDL's. he gave me that card and one for COT.
