Didn't the PAC Brake come out after the patent ran out on the Jacobs Brake sometime in the early 90's?

    Hello,
I have had a similar problem with an International. Ended up being the clutch pedal spring, affecting the switch. It basically didn't come all the way back up. Another problem I had with a weak Engine brake was due to low engine oil. Happy trucking.

Actually, when my N14's were brand spanking new it was Cummins in Saskatoon that set them up to 2350 and they said to use them high for Jaking power.
