Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

I bought LTMs for this unit for $99...

If I looked into a refub, could I transfer the LTMs I purchased?...If not, I'd like to get this repaired if you can point me in the right direction to get that done...

 

And, can you provide link for 'trade in" deal?...I couldn't find it on their website...

Hey Mark, got another one for ya, even though never really resolved the last one.

had been on 40 west through arkansas, into oklahoma, then took the muskogee turnpike N to get to Tulsa. (no comments from the peanut gallery here about why i went that way lol.)

i needed a place for my lovely 30 min dot break and plugged in the service area on the turnpike and got this lovely routing. pic 1 shows where i was. pic 2 shows the location of the service area. pic 3 shows the routing. it didn't matter if i had preffer freeways or allow freeways, still got the same route. i chose to ignore and just dive off at the entrance.

i bring these up to you not because i can't find the places, just that if it's throwing the routing off like this to established spots that are in it's memory, what the heck is it doing to the shipper/rcvrs that i need to get to? i understand it's a guide, and use both my map book and shipper/rcv directions along with google maps to confirm places just has me a bit worried.

p.s. the last one i posted, the loves in jackson tn, still routes like i posted. yes i updated my maps and the only road i have in my file that shows on the avoid list is one here locally in austin texas.
