    Hello all! I have been viewing these forums for months.

    I got a local job out of school and at first loved it.

    With Local, You get all the head aches and this is exactly what I was worried about. It has only been a couple of months since I started but I am already feeling the wear and tear as a local driver. Getting in and out of the truck + unloading a 40ft/48ft/53ft by hand when most of it is floor loaded. Or when its a pallet it weighs up to 700lbs! My body just can't keep up. I am a veteran on partial disability because of my back. I am young so I didn't think it would get to me.. but it has.

    My situation has changed and I am moving to St. Louis, MO...

    My Question: What Regional or no touch jobs are out there in the St. Louis,Missouri Area?

    I am looking for Regional or local drop/hook.

    try hogan there pretty much regional out of earth city i just got tired of seeing hwy 70 every day from kc to columbus oh. i didnt touch any of the loads but they do have a dedicated division that does unload the trucks

    Look up woody bogler. Their out of rosebud mo. Run dry vans and end dumps. I worked there a bit and loved it. Also try interstate dist co. Have a drop lot in stl on 55/70.
