I know that BUT if your company revenues are based on another "parent company " then why even go with the secondary company IMHO
as you stated in your own words "all you do is pull Prime freight"
There policies are pretty much the same as prime
only difference I can see is how they handle there lease programs & there trucks
since that's there equipment

Because they are a DIFFERENT COMPANY....period...Their policies are different..I think you need to look into the facts before you give out false information..your first response was that "Wil-Trans was no more" which is completely incorrect...there are alot of benefits that goes along with a smaller company...My significant other has no problem getting good loads even when there are a bunch of Prime drivers sitting and waiting for something...And trust me if they didnt keep him rollin and making money he would not be staying with them...

all the Will-Tran drivers I encountered always complaining about there PAY and not getting loads
i still stick to my opinion but if you need clarification on it I will state it again
IMHO--- will trans is nomore-
they don't have their own loads
i never seen a Wil Trans trailer
for example if I was to own 50 trucks
and it all had Infamousss11 on it and you come drive for me
yes you be an Infamousss11 employee but if I get all my work from PrimeINC then what

And how many drivers have you encountered that claim they are getting crappy pay..you know as well as I do that you have to drive to make money..all to often I hear of drivers turning down loads for one reason or another well ya the pay is gonna suck..no matter what company you drive for you will have low and high paying loads, freight could be running strong or not it comes with the job...there have been plenty of times that my significant other gets a load that he says sucks but he does it..why..because even those loads add up.. if the drivers you have talked too feel that they aren't getting the loads or pay based on what they are willing to do then find a different company...nothing is stopping them...all I can stand behind is what I know and that it..the more you are willing drive, and make your appointment times the more you will make...And having a great crew to work with when things truly aren't so good with freight makes a world of difference.

Yes it is off topic and I apologize...I just get very frustrated..people have their right to their opinion about a company...but when people state information as fact and it is not the frustration sets in...especially when potential new drivers are looking for information

PRIMe- can say WALMART is there #1 customer
CRST- can say CONWAY is there #1 customer
Schneider - can say BNSF is there #1 customer
