I wasn't using the word steal literally.....if you prove you can provide the services expected and bid the freight at a cheaper price and the customer chooses you.....that's not stealing, that's called competition......fyi as an outside carrier with LS just like BCO's most if not all contracts are load by load. The only thing to prevent that would be if LS makes you sign a non-compete which as far as I know they do not to carriers but they do for agents.

LOL, evidently you are not up to speed with the "new LS"......it's everybody for themselves, agents are constantly backstabbing each other all the time stealing one anothers freight, or LS takes freight away form one and gives it to another of their faves for no reason.....there is no more trust and no more loyalty to be found here except for a very few agents that you have built a personal relationship with, saying that I am not condoning screwing over one of your favorite agents, however if they now see you going on your own and refuse to load you or try to lowball you on the rates then all bets are off......business is business!!

    To set the record straight...

Con Way ''was'' the carrier doing this for a good spell...

L/S came in and ''cut'' there nuts off and are now the ''new'' one...In all fairness, why give L/S this Royal Treatment.?..They are as ruthless a cut throat as the next one....

So you are saying that you dont like home, sleep or money? WOW, what it must be like to think like you. Enjoy your 15 cents per mile, and your piss pour relationship with your family. That noisy, piss stenched parking lot must be perfect for you.

Some of us would rather enjoy the finer things in life like family, and provide better for them. WOW what it must be like to think like you!

The only piss I'm smelling is the pissing match you're trying to drum up. Everyone's situation is different. I for one, am young, single and gave no personal obligations. I've made it my personal goal to build my business while I am young and unchained. I was pointing out that you have a honey of a deal lined out and all you can do is piss n moan. So, again step aside and let somebody that hungry take over. Nobody forced you into trucking family guy.

Good luck to you with that. That was my plan as well but i let booze and parting get in the way my 1st 7 years on the road. There is always someone making more. my goal is to be that someone yet still have a life outside of an 18wheeled jail cell. To each his own.

My point is why settle if you know you can do better? If you can get a hand out of your pot, why wouldnt you do it?
It took me to long to realize that no one gives a dam about my business more than i do, and i can do better without that big company comfort blanky.
