Vucube power supply

I guess I can't help you. I have a Vuqube but it get it's power through the coax from the receiver. My version (bought 2 years ago) has no separate power supply.

 

Has anyone seen a "Sprint Version" of the Vucube? This driver had a gray rectangular metal box affixed to their inside handle of the passenger side door. It was Sprint t.v. I wanted to take a pic of it and look it up,but I was afraid the driver would think I was a weirdo...lol. It looked pretty kool,and was about 5x7 " ,very "doable" in a truck and didnt need outside space.

Just mentions 15 watts in the manual but I couldn't find what voltage it required. I have the tailgater and it requires no power supply just a satellite receiver, coax, and the VuQube but is strictly for Dish Network

 

tailgator is cheaper also isn't it
I thought the vucube was ok for direct tv also

 

so, your looking for the receiver power cord and not the cube. LLOL.

i would think that vuqube would work with both providers. unless it has some type of programmed chip to only work with dish receivers.

wish they would come down in price. be nice to have some tv about now.

what's this sprint tv? google has no listing.

 

I dunno what it was,bc I'm usually up on the latest "doo dads" lol he was kicked back wqtching his flat screen and that little doo dad in his truck said " sprint t.v." Maybe it was sprints version of slingshot.
