I picked up a load of roofing shingles in Kankakee,ill and delivered in Wichita,ks at minards.drove to Holcomb,ks yesterday to grab a load of bud that delivers in dodge city,ks on Monday.sunday football...it dosnt get any better than that.chillin and watching football

 

Did my good deed for the day today. Driver on 282 was needing to get home for hometime but was stuck here in Ft. Worth waiting to Deliver to Americold, I got down here to only find out that i cannot get my load either till monday now. So gave him my mt trl and let him head home and now waiting to del at Americold in the Morning.

and this is after a hit and run Prime Driver decided to try take my mirror off this morning also. luckily not much damage other than a few scratches on the Convex Mirror and the housing. And the whole mirror itself moves around now alittle bit. hopefully it won't be too much of a problem.

 

I thought Americold was a drop? It always has been for me.

 

something about not being able to drop more than 6 hours before the del appt.

 

Well that is plain crazy. Wonder when they came up with new rule. Good to know though.

 

The Americold in Atlanta charged May Trucking a $25-$50 drop fee. That could be why they changed that.

 

yeah they have a sign posted now on the guard shack saying no drop trailers eariler than 6 hours before the appt time now.

but sadly still here in Ft. Worth tonight. Americold has 5 of our trls there and as of 1745 not one of them had been unloaded yet. gonna check back in the early morning. so I can pick up at the Con Agra/Ryder warehouse up the street for a load going back to the Aurora yard.
