The display airdog had at their booth at the heart of America truck show was pretty neat. It cleared the air bubbles out of the fuel in like 10 seconds or so it was pretty impressive. It is on my to do list in the future

Yes the display is impressive. I just wish it had few guages on it.
I'm very please with mine as it helps the truck start quicker and smoother running.
I also like the idea of building fuel pressure before starting like my prelub pump building oil pressure before starting.
I hope to see Air dog doing more research in taking their system futher.
I also hope to stop and see their shop first hand some day.PureFlow Technologies Thanks this. -
The Micro Processor (filter minder) reads amp draw and pressure which is completing a few things. Isolating when to change a fuel filter or service the water separator, achieving full life of the fuel filters and extending the life of each electric motor by not over drawing the amps. We have found by only monitored the pressure or vacuum is some what inaccurate or incomplete. For example; if the pressure drops (taken between AirDog - Transfer pump) the vacuum has increased in most cases. A operators first thoughts would be to change the fuel filter and or service the water separator which in fact would point only to the water separator or screen fitting with our system. I am not apposed to anyone adding a vacuum gauge as the more monitoring is just additional precautions or self education of how everything is correlating during operations.Flightline Thanks this.
