Can someone explain the intermodal incentive pay with Schneider? What is it based on and how hard do they make it to get? There's a really decent sounding regional intermodal job near my house but the incentive pay is about 20% of it.

I don't think you can go intermodal with no experience. Think you need at least 6 months

This location doesn't require experience. The recruiter told me I was lucky, because this was one of the few intermodal positions open to new drivers. I don't know maybe it's because it's regional and not local?
The pay is pretty decent especially with weekly home time... was pretty happy to find this 15 miles from home. -
Better jump on it quick. That's like this dedicated account I am on. Normally a high paying, home every night job is not open to newbies, but they need drivers who live nearby, and grab every good student out of our local community college driving school here.
