hell it sounds better than mine. I got 8 bald tires, two bent up fenders and a bent up bumper. And mine smokes like a fiend untill it's warm but it is a cummins afterall.
Mine does have good interior for the most part, new driveshafts, u joints and new windshields. plus injectors and fuel pump but I can't confirm that other then the pump looks new

I'd say as long as it runs it's a deal for $5k
Jugg, you didn't ask the guy if he could get it started?

if they can't get it started then it's worth scrap metal value. Which granted, isn't much under $5k with aluminum prices like they are

I dunno. I'm not going to buy a truck I can't hear run and ends up actually needing a motor. If it comes down to it I'll just buy the maroon EXHD down the road from me for $24k.

If you can get more pictures of it I would be more than grateful though. Especially inside pictures. I'm gonna try to talk them into pull starting it if I go down there.

It's the same as push starting an old beater car or motorcycle. Putthe tranny in gear, pushin the clutch, get it rolling and pop the clutch and she should fire right up.

Sounds like fun but wonder if it is worth it. How much does a starter run for those trucks?

Ya'll are forgetting in your roll starting plan that this truck probably doesn't even remember any more what air in the tanks to release the brakes is.
