The heater core actually looks really nasty, I had already planned to clean it up and find a way to install a cab air cleaner, but I have been told that they have tried this before.

So, I was taking out the heater core today and found a big hole rusted through the side going right out under the front right fender. I think I found where my heat is going

I have found that unplugging the AC clutch wire works wonders on most vehicles.

For some reason companies seem to think we only want 70 degree air coming out of the vents.
