Maybe not. But now that LaHood is gone and Foxx is new and in the position to make a change, not that he will, but the fact is this:

I do not believe the one there now will stand for any change. She hates truckers worse than LaHood. -
Uh, you know Foxx is a guy and actually was listening to drivers about their HOS concerns whatn he came along....

They are looking into going back to the old 34 hour restart provision we had. Which made more sense. I don't care if they still keep it at the 168 hour intervals. That's fine. I don't know who resets every week anyway. But the 1-5??? That's a pain in the ###.
