Last time I checked, Ferro works for Foxx. Look at it this way, until it gets the door slammed completely shut on it, anything's possible. Everyone thought Mel Watt was gonna be a slam dunk......oh well.

She uses a no-no to get rid of her mustache. :)

The current rule is unfair to those that normally run 3rd shift like meat haulers. Most of our picking up and delivering was in the wee hours. When the rule affects a select few then there is something wrong with it.

Plus the fact they didn't do the required studies I see they might revert back. Hopefully!

When they finally address circadian rhythm then they will of done something useful to curb fatigue.

Doing away with the 5/5 split was a terrible move with regard to combating driver fatigue. The 14 hour clock doesn't help much with that either. Just sayin'.

AS its Read : The 34-hour restart provision would be placed on hold upon passage of the TRUE Act and for an additional six months after the study is completed. The TRUE Act would also prevent FMCSA from applying the new 34-hour restart rule if the findings of the MAP-21 study are contrary to the studies used by FMCSA to justify the change during the rulemaking process.
The bill will still have to go through the process of a Senate version before being passed into law.

Mainly its the 1-5am bullcrap.. I dislike , costing me $$
