Has anyone had experience with Real Time Freight Service in Chicago?
According to the rep who called me the other day they run a load board
that puts carriers directly in touch with shippers, no brokers involved.
Does anybody know anything good/bad or otherwise about them?

Something like that I would be very careful about .... there is a ring of thieves in the Chicago area (per a load board) that is rerouting trucks and taking the cargo .... it said right now it is mainly copper .... but one never knows

They seem more concerned with their technology, than they are with results.
Poor reputaiton, deservedly so, waste of time and $ -
I tried their board about 10 months ago. Not very impressed. I paid for a month and never was able to get a load from them. My opinion, dont waste your money on RTF. Internet Truckstop is the only load board I use and I have been able to run my business effectively with them.

I used it for a couple months and never got any loads off of it. Not much in the north east for flatbed freight.
