Sounds like you actually set yourself up. Yhe spaces are first come first serve. You have no more right to them then anyone else. Kind of feel like you had a big mouth, that created the situation.

I would rather dolly down on thick concrete between two loaded trailers and not on blacktop.

You have VIDEO EVIDENCE of the guy messing with your tires -- enough to end his trucking career and put him away possibly for a long time -- and you're going to waste that by messing with his brakes in retaliation instead? What are you thinking??????Arkansas Frost, Glp and KW Cajun Thank this.

Jumbo is right. Let his company or the cops know. Otherwise you are no better than him
KW Cajun Thanks this. -
You posted specifically to point out her accurate "spot on" post, but your "thanks finger" was broken?

FLATBED Thanks this. -
I'm thinking he's avoiding limiting it to doing it the RIGHT WAY, as you described, because he probably did "something" in the incident he doesn't want exposed.pattyj and technoroom Thank this.

Who knows there might not even be a video that caught USX in action.Where on the side as the op said would be the video camera?
-
Some guys mount them on the mirror brackets facing backwards as well as a dash cam facing forward. One of our owner operators just got side swiped a month ago and he showed me the video of the woman just going along and drifting right into the side of him. $15,000 damage and she tired to tell the cops that HE drifted into her lane.
