My alignment guy is Todd Desmidt at Allied Tire in Des Moines. Been trying to get Rutherford to put him on the air in a debate with Becket. Todd is also an instructor at a Vatterot tech in Des Moines and DMACC in Ankeny. We always have a discussion about Becket when I am in there. I had him align my 2013 Columbia glider when I picked it up new and just recently I had him check it. I have Michelin XZA-3+ on the steers. Currently at 178,000 and they will easily bust 200,000. Not too bad since they stay in the north country all winter long and get run down gravel roads frequently.

Had the same issue with my FLD... Ended up being the track bars on the rear. Bushings worn, axles tracking wrong, causing the thrust line to be off. Front end was perfect. A three-axle will tell you.

Today I went to reputable alignment shop for 3 axle alignment, they have checked the leaf springs, king pins, wheel bearings, tie rod ends - nothing in the front axle is loose, nothing in drive axles too....
I put a brand new shocks (just want to mention I did replaced the shocks 60k miles ago) in the front and balanced the tires. The problem is probably form defect, egg shaped tire from Bridgestone. Next time I will go with Michelin XZA3+ - the best of the best and if they can't last more than 60k, I will switch to Chinese tires, they cost only $300 each.

Speaking of front axle area, is your drag link suppose to move easily? I know its on a pivot on each end but I thought it wasn't suppose to move at all(by hand)
