My other post was "would you visit this truck stop" and I thank everyone for their responses. Besides the obvious parking, I would like to offer some other services. Because having a full on repair shop offering the whole menu is not something I want to deal with, I want to offer some simpler, but high volume services that I know truckers need done. The list is:
-oil change
-alignment
-A/C freon refill
-brake change
-tire purchase and install
-tractor/trailer wash
-annual inspections
Besides those services, what else do you think would be convenient, and as a customer, you would like to have the option to choose from at the facility? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.
What services should I offer in the beggining?

How about an aluminum polishing service? -
doesn't matter, you are never getting the permits for this truck stop in that area. if it could be done, a major chain would already be there.

How about enough parking, not 75 spots or 100.
