t&r is decent, Chico can be a bit of a jerk, but then again my only involvment with him was when he was still a cop. but iv heard the same from some of there past employees as well. i think you could have done a lot worse. it gets easier from here on out, start building your contacts and relationships you never know when they might serve you well.

I would be happy to make a video with you!! I am a crude hauler and yes MBI pays $135 an hr for leasers. SO, if you have a truck with a PTO and a trailer with a pump on it MBI will put you to work tomorrow hauling production water and making a killing lol... that is not a lie!

YES! I want the video! I'm headed to ND this week... yes, i have a job lined up... but the different companies offers are very confusing and difficult to dissect! Please make a video for those of us new to the oil fields!!!

Sorry, to jack this thread
There are some certifications that some employers require , like H2S and OSHA 10 (there are variations for this one, construction, General industrial, I don't know which one is the right one, I guess it depends on the industry you plan to go into ) -
i think my osha 10 if i remember right was general industry

OSHA10 (General Industry) and H2S Hazard Awareness are the ones required for any type of work where you step foot or wheel on a rig or location.
