I had a licence plate show up "missing" after a trip to the shop, also the set of triangles was gone, and the fire extinguisher was no longer secure. More crap happened in the shop than out on the road.:biggrin_25512:

Of course they don't, but I once had a member here scold me and call me lazy because I doubted his assertion that he did a pre-trip with a creeper, tool box, and flash light.

Not cool. I can't understand why someone would want to do that to a driver out here just looking to make a living.

It appears so. Like an undeveloped species with an ie or y connotation, such as puppy, guppy or rookie.

I thought I seen you recently. You were looking at your bumper, seen it half off and said "Looks good to me." :biggrin_2554:

True. Just watched some guy trying to blind side back into a spot at the TA in Baytown, TX. Clipped another guys front bumper. I want to go in to take a shower, but want to see how this plays out too. :biggrin_2554:

My thoughts on the bumper issue are this.

You should always check behind your mechanics. They are NOT perfect. That said, once a new bumper has been on for a while, and the bolts seize up, it's not going anywhere. Just grab it and try to shake it. That will suffice.
