What to do if you got double Brokered?

YOU are the one that said double brokering is illegal. Post a reference to the actual law here. I don't believe that you know what you're talking about.

No.but I went to a brothel out here in nevada and this lady told me that her husband was a broker and her manager.nicer word than what it is.

I only have just under 20 years and do keep up with most of these things.

I still say it's not the law to double broker a load. The new broker laws pretain to a higher bond for brokers.

Please educate us and show us this new law that gets broke so many times.

 

I've got more than 30 years of life experience in various career fields. Respect that, just as I respect your claim of 42 years of holding a steering wheel. Now get off your high horse and PROVE that this law exists. Show us.

The courts of the United States go with double broker as FRAUD. They also tell you that if you are double brokered to change the invoice to the original broker. If you don't get paid by the second broker.. You can go after his bond, or the first brokers bond as they are responsible for the load and if neither pay.. The shipper. Then there are the tort laws that can be used.

 

I have contracts that are specifically for double-brokering. I don't do it but I would if you would call.....
