    Is the OP still here?

All kidding aside, I get by on about $75 of groceries a week. Sometimes I go a week with only eating in the truck. When I do eat out, I try to keep it to once a week for a good meal, maybe twice if it is something like a quick sandwich.

    shelly Thanks this.

I don't have that luxury. I drive hotshot and if I eat in the truck, it is because I bought something at the ts and brought it back to the truck. I have no room for a microwave, George Foreman, or portable stove. I also travel with a co-pilot that gets tired of dog food. She and I once shared a pizza at the Bosselman in Grand Island, NE and she also gets a combo if I stop at a Steak 'N Shake. Even getting groceries gets expensive after a while.

    shelly and Truckergirl0720 Thank this.

Like I said, driving trucks is an expensive business but a great one to be in.

If you found the equivalent to a bra clip (say like a condom) in your wife's car, would you trust anything she said? I highly doubt it! To make myself CLEAR, I posted to find out about monthly expenses and not to discuss his potential investment in lot lizards. Maybe you are projecting and have had this exact scenario play out in your life? Remember, I have a Master's in Psychology and can spot this a mile away. Have a good one... and Im sorry about your wife.

That's fine. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

I didn't come here to "bad mouth" my husband. You should check your own list of insecurities. I came here wanted to learn about the expenses of a truck driver..ie.. how much do they spend eating and so on. I did however mention an isolated occurrence as a sidebar. You may take it as you will. I did not come here to ask help on how to catch my husband cheating. If I wanted to do that, it wouldn't be difficult.

Shelly. We disagree on what's appropriate. My opinion stands as I'm sure does yours.

It's no big deal - I don't have it in for you or anything. Best of luck to you.
