But you have a drug charge. No matter how small the charge may be, it's still a drug charge. And that's what the companies are going to look at. Wait 2 more years and then start applying. It's the best thing you can do. Start applying now, and you're going to be beside yourself with all the "no".

Yea i guess u rite ...another 2 yrs sir im gonna. Loose i feel like i been waiting. Forever. Is like i hear good things and also bad

In that time, you can find a smaller local job, hone your backing skills, and after that possibly hook up with a good company and start trucking. It sucks, especially if you are this road to redemption, but you're a young guy. Keep your head up, keep yourself out of trouble, and learn to speak proper English!!!! Ha ha ha ha. I'm just messing with you. If you've got the drive, then you'll be ok. Give it time. You're making the right moves and doing the right thing. There are a bunch of smaller local companies in Jax that may give you a chance. Stay on the board, let us know of your progress and I know me and others will be more than happy to help you in your new career. Good luck to you buddy.queensboi Thanks this.

Try it. That will give you some good experience before you're able to hit the open road. You seem like you want it bad. Don't give up. Keep on coming here to TTR and we wil help you get on the right track.

If going straight into trucking isn't an option, why not look at working at a warehouse someplace? Get to know the managers, and see if eventually you can move up to some kind of yard dog posistion or even driving?
