    Me n friend are being ask to Join us xpress are finishing school but i was thinking about schneider with the good reviews i read about the team drivers positions we both no we are gone be splitting up with trainers no matter which company we go with ... we looking for best training with best pay any tips are appreciated.. Oh I'm out of Detroit mi if that's matters

    We work at US Xpress. Both companies are good. Schneider has tanker you can join if you don't like dry van.

But now that we have that out of the way, just whatever you do wherever you go, Stay there for at least a year, there are starter companies that suck, and then there are starters like the two you are going to! There really isn't much to say, I guess that is why we have said "#### You! Also read my signature!

    But what make this such a hard choice for me is Schneider have 3 days home time for 2weeks out plus a terminal in Michigan vs us xpress 1 day for a week great miles there terminal is 3 hours away from home vs schneider only hour n half us don't require a haz mat like sch or passport its your choice sch also has 0idle vs usx do only during bad weather (#### this is a big choice ) i don't mind the drive to Ohio for usx but sch has my nose open with extra day for two weeks out but on the other hand the no apu& no idle is kind if tuff

    Paschall Truck Lines hires teams and trucks have APU's. They prefer Michigan drivers to live along Michigan: I-94 Corridor (No North)
    They haul lots of auto parts from Laredo, TX to Michigan
    They do hire new CDL grads even though on some parts of the website it says 6 mos. experience. Click on "Company Drivers" and there's a form to contact them.

    Living in Detroit, you're in a good location for companies hauling auto parts. They have a terminal in Battle Creek & many other places across the USA.
