What companies will hire me?

I previously worked for Trans Am. CRST hired me and had me stuck in a hotel room in OKC with no assigned truck and no pay for 2 weeks. Stevens pre-hired me but I have a drinking in public charge stemming from 4 years ago. They were okay with the marijuana charge but not with the drinking in public even though it didn't show up on my b/g check. Out of the 3 I would recommend Trans Am. With my charge I only got 3 months unsupervised probation and a fine. Spoke with a lawyer and she wanted $1500 to get it expunged so thats why I'm just sticking it out until April. Enough ranting, I'll shut up for now.

Im starting stevens may 12th i have misdemeanors (2) from 2011 and they basically told me i was a go... im worried that ill quit my job, go way to dallas only to be turned around for something petty... anybody know anything about them that recruiters dnt tell? Also i have dreads... not that long but r very neat... i now heard stevens have a hairl length requirement... above the collar i think... any info??
