For drivers considering the lease program at stevens I hope you reconsider...you will be better off to go lease frombb a dealership than to pay a lease from stevens. Basically they try to get you at first to use an older truck which has no warranty on it so repairs can be costly. Secondly the weekly truck payment is way to high per week I was paying $575.00 for a 2005 KW T2000. Third if your lucky enough to get a brand new truck you will be paying about $300 more for it. Never really understood their reasoning for high payments but suspected that they were trying to make me pay for more than one truck. On top of all that were a # of insurance related items that came out of my settlement and a high fuel cost. So be warned drivers avoid the lease program if you can they say lease driverse get prefered treatment but didn't see any evidence of it. Best of luck to ya and drive safe.
Warning avoid stevens transport

Well for one, one members husband has the same problem. I will let her come forward and discuss numbers if she likes. I recommend this thread gets moved to the bad company area.

Anymore it doesnt matter where you go. I read online the other night that Lease programs when broken down dollar for dollar pay about the same as company drivers due. Thats just sad!
