SoCalDude, I just sent you a PM, I had not read your recent posts before I did. Glad to hear everything went well for you. Anyways, all is still going well for me. I seem to be as busy as I want to be, decent miles and decent home time. That's great that you'll only have to do one week of training, I was rusty and inexperienced so I had to do three weeks.

Bonchez...who trained you? Tim or Steve? My recruiter Gina states that they can split-up the 7 Western to basically run up and down the coast. This true?
-
Socaldude, question, did they make you sign a commitment contract? I want to apply, but I'd like to try and see if otr is for me.
-
-
Chewybuilt, No they do not make you sign a contract.
-
Thank you for the reply.
Ill be putting in my app tonight. Well see what happens.
Bonchez, don't want to put you on the spot, and feel free to ignore the question, but about how much $$ are you making weekly? -
Chewybuilt.....Although all I need is a piss-quiz & company physical I have not been given an official job offer. Having said that....my recruiter has not mentioned any type of contract. She even went on to say that the 1 or 2 weeks of "refresher course training" that I need would be entirely free...in fact I will get paid!! From my experience with them and info that "Bonchez" has posted they seem to be a pretty good company. A smaller company like them seems to allow more one on one attention for us. We will see. Bonchez told me things are good with them so far. As far as my personal experiences with them....all is cool. I was there yesterday for my road test. I got a tour of the facility and met a hand full of people. Everyone seemed pretty easy going. Keeping it real....we'll see how long the "honeymoon" will last. I don't mean to be negative but I am a realist. Anymore questions? Shoot me a note. I'd be glad to help just like Bonchez helped me.chewybuilt said: ↑Socaldude, question, did they make you sign a commitment contract?
