Unless my company already has me preplanned, there is the possibility, that I will be spending Sunday night at that trk stop in Olathe. That's assuming there will be parking of course. Any of you rich L/O's, gonna be there and want to take me to Wendy's???? :yes2557::biggrin_25521:

They get paid a set amount a mile not percentage.. Which transam pays less then any company I've seen.. I think it's like .89 a mile plus surcharge which might come to 1.25 and there's no way anyone can make a living off of that crap!

Today has been fun enough. Got a 14000lb load out of a stupid tight place ((considerng there were 5 other trucks crammed in there)). Almost watched a driver get into an awful wreck pulling out of there too. Flew up Monteagle like my butt was on fire and then came down the north side in fog that was thicker than peanut butter. Now Im parked in western TN. Drop this load tomorrow in Ardmore. Couldnt be much happier with my fuel economy. Ive got a practically empty 2013 trailer. Not sure when I will get to Olathe, Dispatch says Im running in truck all weekend. Im preplanned out of Friona. Early picku is 1800 tomorrow, God only knows when DD is. It delivers in Andover, MA on the 29th. Im assuming Im going to end up sitting a lot longer than I want to and Tcall it to Olathe? We'll see.

Yes cause they really screwed up with me. They had a student for me to take out on Thursday and with 10 days planning couldn't get me back, I may have pointed out that 10 days should be more than enough time to plan this. If your there .honeybadger he will be in 0800 so you may want to sign whatever it is you need to sign if you haven't already

Once again everyone thanks for the get well wishes. I am doing quite well and ready to get back on the road. I have been in a hotel the last couple of days in Olathe. Doc said I can return to work Sunday. Had them give me a medical release in the hospital before I was discharged. I decided to wait until Monday to go back to the yard. I don't want to deal with the weekend dispatchers right now. I'm trying to keep my stress level to a minimum considering....

    .honeybadger. Thanks this.
