    Here's two good food grade companies:

    Foodliner
    Bulkmatic

    Bulkmatic has terminals all over PA & one in Philly.

    I'd look into H.R. Ewell as well. They are located in East Earl, PA and haul a lot of chocolate and sweeteners in the region.

    Foodliner runs in the philly area..they have a small terminal at ADM in Langhorne pa.
    I work for them and haven't had any major issues.

    Carry Transit is hiring in chester for dry bulk,hauling flour.
