It was uprated friday before lunch at Cummins. It is now a 410E rated at 425hp, 2100rpm, and 1550lbft. It is what I wanted and the driveline was rated for it. I bought the truck last thursday from the second owner. I have every repair order from both owners since its in service date. The truck worked very good for them pulling flat ground, but I will be pulling heavy in the mountains. I appreciate everyone giving their opinion.
