Hi, I'm doing some research and trying to find out the average commercial auto insurance, Cargo insurance rates.
If you don't mind sharing!
How much do you pay for commercial insurance?

One million vehicle liability, one million operations liability, 100,000 cargo, 20,000 comprehensive on tractor, 5,000 on tailer,1,000 deductible, unlimited radius. Just a shade under 7,000 a year.Flatbed with mounted forklift. Florida based, perfect driving record, been with company many years.

If your a new entrance deal. You'll be looking around 12k. And that's with older equipment. 1million liability, 100,000k cargo and basically a vehicle worth of 35k. If you don't go full coverage your a fool. That would be unlimited radius as well. Don't be fooled by OOIDA's low insurance quotes as quite a few brokers will NOT accept them. So do some research and find out!!!Also this was for reefer.

$2,000,000 liability, ZERO collision coverage, $300,000 cargo, $5,000 deductible = $7,500/yr/truck. This company is pretty picky about who they insure. The next cheapest option for us would be $13-$14K for the same coverage.
