I'll give a few that I know of.

Someone already mentioned Midway Diner on I78 xt 16 in PA. The place ain't pretty, but the food is good, you get alot of it, and the prices are good as well. Plus, the parking is easy and, if you go to the back lot, usually pretty quiet.

Exit 52 on I-81 in PA. Ya, ya, that's where all the truck stops are. BUT, if you head south on RT 11 and take a left at the first light just past the I81 overpass there's parking behind the gas station/hotel. Easier access to the Waffle House and a few other restaurants then stopping at the Flying J or Petro.

I81 XT 116. 901 Pub/Restaurant. The parking here isn't the greatest, but the 901 has some great food at decent prices. Plus, being a local who has stopped there after riding ATV all day and being welcomed with open arms even as dirty as I was, well, they deserve a plug!

Exit 4 I465 Indianapolis, south side of the loop. If you turn right at the first light after going south under I465 (like you are going to the Flying J) there's truck parking at just across the little side street from the McD's. Sign says paying customers only, but I haven't seen anyone get chased out, and I've taken a few 10s there. Word of warning, you WILL have your door knocked on here. The ladies are workin this lot hard. Also, the next lot down the road is for the hotel there. And from what I heard/saw, they DO enforce that, though how often and hard I do not know.
