JB Hunt - no longer the whipping post ?

I don't know that i can Pickles -- i may not have enough post's or threads yet - i just joined like yesterday, will look into it shortly.

 

Hi pickles from Rogersville MO, no never drove with JB. I haven't driven in over 25yrs but am considering reentry. i am just in here fascinated by whats been happening in trucking since my departure. I dont know if i would be considered a curious onlooker or a troll LOL.
I was also curious as to how or why JB Hunt seems to be off the radar of the haters or truck stop teasers that had a good time when JB Hunt would be backing up in the truck stops.
I assume back then they were known as the "Driving school Co."
And on that note - had much respect for them (JB drivers) for that reason --i could not have taken that kind of verbal abuse daily. the drivers out there that made it through that must have some serious thick skin. Obvious to me you made it through your learning curve with out any development (thick skin) or you started out at 40 lbs ( attempt at some humor with complements on your good looks for a driver or for anyone).
Do you have a relationship with JB Hunt, i see you have 6 years in 5 years more than i made it.
FYI: I did send you some sort of mail or PM - or "Friend" thing - but am not familiar totally with this site yet or their rules - so i dont know if i did it right ?
