I have a question on DAC My DAC show's three accident's but my state driving record has nothing for accidents Ihave tried to apply to Company and they refuse me because of my accident's please help me
-
you are entitled to a copy of your DAC. Check out http://usis.com/consumers/default.aspx
There can be quite a bit of stuff on your DAC that never makes it to your MVR.
Once you have your DAC, check it for accuracy. If it's not accurate, the USIS site has procedures for requesting correction or amendment -
I have a copy of my DAC and its not the accidents that hurts me in finding a job its how they worded they put me as if I wiped out a whole line of cars with no survivers and all they really are are just fender benders that don't amount to 2,000 dollars in damages

WHat company did you work line haul for and did they hire you out of school?I went to the Teamsters Driving School. Did you go there or NETTTS?
-
I worked for new england motor frieght and was hired right out of school
but had to go through there training program also -
I filled out an app there, haven't heard from them. How did you like it before you were let go?
-
It's a pretty good company to work for they are very family orientated what division did you applyed for P&D or linehaul I worked in the Line Haul Depatment
-
Both, I'd do either one. I applied to so many companies once I got out of school, now the phones ringing when I already have a job in TAUNTON. I got a call from a company around the corner from my home. I'll see what they have to offer. It will be tough to beat the benefit package and pay($170 a day) but I'll see tomorrow.
