Knight just changed their policies. Small dogs allowed with $400 deposit. Adult riders and your own children down to I think age 12 allowed after 30 days.TrainerX Thanks this.
-
RizenPhoenix, do you truck for Knight? I have had them in my scope since they added new pet policy. I am currently in school at Sage, Endicott.
-
I did up to the beginning of this year. They are middle of the road. They pay decent for training and don't require you to run as a team with your trainer. Equipment is fairly new but the quality of work done by there shops varies greatly. Miles and pay will be steady but mediocre. When in comes to finding somewhere to put your time in till you move on to something better they are a pretty decent choice.TrainerX Thanks this.

Thank you for response Rizen. I just received an e-mail from Watkins/Shepard this am that said I was too far (over 125 miles) from one of their terminals and good luck on my search. I mailed back stating I am willing to relocate anywhere in the United States. I live in Binghamton, NY. Any suggestions for a soon to be Sage grad?

Well I'm a west coast guy so I don't know much about companies on the east coast. There is a Knight terminal in Syracuse, NY.

I was just turned down by Knight because I have a felony thats only 4 years olds (must be 7).

US Xpress to the rescue once again !!!!
They allow pets, your wife, girlfriend & 2nd girlfriend.
There is a fee that they take out of your paycheck each week. -
I will be a hard worker. i have no children or a wife at home. Do you think it's possible to have a good Rookie year at US Xpress Duo?
-
I think it's real easy to succeed at US Xpress as long as you get on a good dedicated account & team.
We did last week 7,423 miles. We are paid .48 cpm = $3,563. We both grossed $1,781.
I wish we had been told when we started that doing dedicated was where the miles are. We figured that out after six months. We have ten months experience now.
