Not if you we're already convicted of the traffic violations. Can't get traffic violations expunged.
-
You have to fight that ticket you just got..... Do not mail it in. At least you can get it reduced, or you might catch a break.
The holier than thou crowd is going to flame on you........CenutryClass, blairandgretchen and OPUS 7 Thank this. -
Nope. That's the purpose of your MVR - so those people who need to know can see how well you follow the laws.
-
But it involved him rear ending someone. You can't take accidents off mvr.
-
No you can't, but that ticket is a major problem...... And might as well try to get out of it. Lawyer go to court bla bla bla.

standby, the perfect trucker group will be here shortly to light a fire under your butt.
luvtotruck, HotH2o, OPUS 7 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Step 1. Obtain copy of MVR; Step 2. Find 1 bucket; step 3. Put a few table spoons on soap in bucket.; Step 4. Fill bucket with warm water; step 5. Dip MVR in the sudsy bucket; Final step. Hang on line until dry
blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
I'll be watching this one! I think some pop corn and a beverage is in order! I am awaiting That Perfect Trucker Group to arrive as well. Thanks for the show!
On a side note your MVR Is Cooked, I think you will soon park said vehicle and be on your way to a new career but I'm not the DOT r your local MVD! Good Luck.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Should of fought the first one, the second one, theres nothing you can do but maybe have the fine reduced, why, because there was an accident and gonna stay there period. Take it as a wake up call, maybe Trucking isnt for you, No offense but you better start looking for another job that doesnt required driving.TripleSix and Tonythetruckerdude Thank this.
